Our occupational therapists will come to your workplace and look for situations and conditions that cause things like repetitive stress injuries, repetitive motion injuries, and cumulative trauma disorders.

Once we've identified any issues, we'll make recommendations on remedying the problems. We also can provide worker training regarding proper posture, lifting techniques, and general body mechanics.

As part of its mission, North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI) has an Ergonomic Initiative Program designed to help companies reduce ergonomic-related injuries and workers' comp claims.

You can take advantage of resources and financial assistance in the program through us, since ProRehab is an approved provider.

Once your application is approved, we'll perform our assessments, make recommendations, offer interventions, train you and your employees, and help you find appropriate ergonomically sound equipment.
