Locally owned ProRehab Center offers its patients free initial consultations, accepts most insurance plans, and helps you with the insurance paperwork, too.

Please remember that you have the right to choose your health care provider, no matter who your physician recommends. When you request our help, we will work hard to see you as soon as possible - often with one to two days after you ask!

Start With a Free Consultation, No Referral Needed

Meet soon with one of our therapists so you can ask questions, discuss your medical concerns, and discover whether occupational or physical therapy is a good choice for you and your situation.

Your initial consultation is not charged to you or your insurance provider.

If you choose us, we then will set up a comprehensive evaluation and create your individualized treatment plan. There is a fee for the evaluation and any subsequent therapy sessions.

Because coverage for physical and occupation therapy varies greatly from company to company, please call our office for assistance in determining what your plan includes.

If you are underinsured or uninsured, we'll work with you to arrange a reasonable plan for you to pay for our services on your own.

Good Faith Estimate

You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” which explains how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who are not utilizing insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and/or services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or item.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
